Nowadays not just teenagers but adults are suffering from self-esteem disturbances. Problems of self-esteem embitter almost everybody's life. But some people are unsatisfied with themselves not just in extreme situations but in everyday life as well. These feelings manifest themselves in physical symptoms too: insomnia, gastric pain, sweating and depression. But the good news is, it is possible to dissolve self-esteem disturbances relatively quickly and efficiently through situational exercises taken from real life and by developing self-knowledge, thereby building self acceptance and self confidence.
